Maintaining protection of the data entrusted to us is our main priority.

 In compliance with The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), our services (website, programs, etc.) are not intended for children under 13 years. Children under the age of 13 who access our website may be unknowingly providing us with automatically collected data as described above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without parental consent. No one under age 13 may provide any personal data to us in person or on our website.

If we learn that we have collected the information of someone under the age of 13, for whom we do not have parental consent, we will delete any identifiable information. 

Our website is designed for students starting in 8th grade. While unlikely, at times, it is possible that a student who is under the age of 13 is also an 8th grader in need of accessing our information and/or services.

 Maintaining your privacy is of the highest importance to us. We use data that we collect about you or that you provide to us solely as it aligns with our business’ core mission and vision. The SFS Network uses all data (automatic & voluntary) collected for activities that promote our mission & vision. Such activities include:
